Thank you for writing a recommendation on behalf of a student who is applying to HOIST! Three recommendations must accompany each student's application. One recommendation should be written by a math teacher who has taught the student in a class, one should be written by a science teacher who has taught the student in a class, and one should be written by the student's school counselor.
To submit a recommendation:
Create a username and password on the HOIST Website. Once your username and password are approved by HOIST staff, you will be able to login and complete a recommendation form. If you are unable to login after 24 hours, please call the Native American Student Center at (208) 885-4237.
